Welcome to our Return Policy. We understand that not every purchase meets expectations. This is why we offer the possibility to return products under specific conditions. Please read this policy carefully, as agreeing to our terms at the time of purchase is binding, and no exceptions will be made.
How to Return Your Purchase
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt. To initiate your return, please follow these steps:
Return Request: Please request the return form from our customer service by emailing support@lucas-grace.com. Clearly provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Conditions for Return
To successfully return your products, you must comply with the following mandatory conditions:

Return Period: Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Shipments arriving after this period will not be accepted.

Product Condition: The product must be in the same condition as received—unused and in its original packaging. Hygiene items, such as bikinis, lingerie, and underwear, are excluded from returns.

Pre-Authorization: Your return must be pre-approved by our customer service team. Shipments without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Risk and Liability: The return process is undertaken at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss or damage during transit back to our warehouse, nor for packages lost or held up at customs during the return process.

Mandatory Track & Trace: Every return requires a Track & Trace code. This code must be shared with us; otherwise, your right to a refund will be forfeited.
Refund
Once your return has been received and successfully inspected at our warehouse, you will receive an email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 30 days. If you have not received a refund after 30 days, we recommend checking your bank account again before contacting us.
Costs

Return Costs: The costs for return shipping are always borne by the customer. We recommend using a shipping method with Track & Trace for your security.

Location: Returns must be sent to our central warehouse in China. Please expect shipping costs starting at approximately €20.
All returns must be sent at the customer’s expense to our central warehouse in China. Returns without prior approval or that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.
